Heres a fix. Take all of your addons from the l4d2 workshop out of the workshop folder and put them into your addons folder. Delete the workshop folder inside your addons folder now. Don't log into l4d2 yet. now go to your internet browser and type l4d2 workshop and click subscribed items and unsubscribe from them. now close out and start l4d2.

Shao Sep 4, 2013 @ 10:16am. Files conflicting doesn't necessarily mean you'll get issues. Don't panic over them, makes sure the addons aren't really the same, aka skin x skin if you were to use for example a zoey skin then download another, now that'll be a problem. I have tons of conflicts in my addons and they still all work properly.
