CoD UO missing menu localization. i know there are allready some Threads regarding the Localization Menu problem but i tried everything what you recommended to try but still nothing works out. I'm fairly certain they cannot be split like that, your best bet if you *need* to have 2 different directories would be to just copy everything over.
