Hello all, New to the forum and thought i would get some 'real life' opinion on the 1.8TDCI and 2.0TDCI. I currently have a Mk2 Mondeo HB and will be looking to change to a Mk 4 Estate diesel in the next few months. According to the official figures it would appear that the 2.0 is the more economical of the two, but looking at the Honest John Hi all. I am having problems with my Mondeo 2.0 TDCi 130 when under load over 2000rpm i am loosing boost and leaving grey smoke behind and it sounds like its leaking boost down the exhaust. I have had this problem for a while and so far I have cleaned the turbo out to make sure the vanes wasn't sticking, new map sensor, new maf sensor, new egr C4BW.
