You get one pass that is accountbound. You have to use the bank to put it on different characters. As you get kicked out when you relog and need to use it again. it means you can't park all characters at the bank in the royal terrace, so you need to visit a bank to get access to the terrace. That is the downside.
The permanent bank contract for example if you open it move 2 steps forward it goes away i guess it s coded like you have to be in range of an invisible merchant. The permanent blacklion merchant summons an actual merchant that other ppl too can see but totally get trolled by it and can not use it it even blocks interacting with other things My guild leader and I were running the tower of nightmares once, and right at the top there was a kerchant. 2 steps before it I popped open my personal merchant to sell my stuff. She will never let me live it down. Meanwhile I’m over in the royal terrace using my permanent bank and merchant just to not have to move.

Posted January 30, 2018. I think they should take the Permanent Hairstylist Contract and Upgrade it to a Permanent Total Makeover Kit. I say this because I agree that we need a PTMK, but if they just added it in addition to the PHC, it would make the PHC far less desirable.
Today I discovered that Obsidian Sanctum is the best for Bank/TP/merchant. The NPCs are much closer to where you spawn on the map. :) Bank access is useful when opening up a few thousand unid gear in SW and you need to toss some stuff into the bank to sort out later.

Absolutely not. Legendary runes are a completionist goal and one of the last steps in getting full legendary on your account. If you don't have armor yet, focus on getting armor first. Only then, if you literally have nothing else to spend your money on, you can get a set of legendary runes.

Because tomes were not as prolific as they are today, and keyfarming used to not be a once a week thing. A lot of players would do multiple runs back to back - meaning you could easily spend 50-60 tomes in just 2 hours. And 2. Because you could use white level 0 gear that was account bound on multiple characters.
